Our app

Yolt is the multi award-winning app that makes managing money, easy. At the forefront of innovation enabled by PSD2 and powered by open banking technology, our smart thinking money app gives users a clear overview of their connected bank accounts, credit cards and spending together in one place. After launching in the UK June 2017, then France and Italy in 2018 we quickly reached 1 million registered users; giving them all the tools to spend smart, save smart and reach their goals.

We’re after enthusiastic, driven individuals who want to want to contribute to our journey and grow with us along the way. Can you hit the ground running? Do you have the drive to go faster? Fintech is fast-paced, but we always remember to switch off too.

Reporting into the Brand and Marketing Director, responsible for developing the strategic marketing operations across both Yolt brands. Taking ownership of the effective delivery of all projects through successful resource management and appropriate tooling to achieve set business KPIs.

  • Create and deliver project work plans for all marketing campaigns
  • Identify and manage resources within marketing department and across our two brands
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of all projects
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored for audit purposes
  • Analyse current marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and potential for improvement
  • Understand revenue models and P/L; meeting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • Train and support marketing team; maintaining reference manuals and dialogue guides; providing information; answering questions
  • Maintain work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related teams
  • Identify and on-board new marketing tools and programs, where necessary
  • Keep management informed by preparing reports; making presentations; interpreting information; making recommendations
  • Maintain marketing tools by coordinating requirements between teams; examining state-of-the-art technology; recommending upgrades; controlling installations

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years’ experience as part of a fast-paced marketing department
  • Experience in reporting and analyzing campaign activity
  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant
