We need someone who is able to produce exceptional results through their mega strategic brain and by guiding execution through the support and management of our internal Brand + Creative team plus external Creative, Comms, and Content agencies.

Our App

Yolt is a multi-award-winning app that makes managing money, easy. At the forefront of innovation enabled by PSD2 and powered by open banking technology, our smart thinking money app gives users a clear overview of their connected bank accounts, credit cards, and spending together in one place.

We've recently launched a series of innovative features designed to help people spend smart and save through small tweaks to their daily routines and easy automatic actions within the app.

Our Brand & Marketing team

The Marketing team (usually) sits in our central London office and is (always) committed to building a strong, consistent brand our users' love, across all our markets. Responsible for acquiring new users, whilst also maintaining and engaging with current ones, we’re constantly innovating to come up with new, imaginative, ways to grow.

What you’ll be doing

We need someone who is able to produce exceptional results through their mega strategic brain and by guiding execution through the support and management of our internal Brand + Creative team plus external Creative, Comms, and Content agencies.

In more detail:

  • Defining market-leading creative + content strategies for Yolt, based on research, data, and insights that integrates with all other brand activities, acquisition campaigns, community activations, lifecycle comms, and in-app to directly deliver against business KPIs and results
  • Working together with Brand + Marketing Director to contribute to the overarching marketing strategy, focussing specifically on content and brand creative
  • Overall responsibility for the quality, output, performance, and results of all brand creative + content delivered, plus content and brand partnerships
  • Analytical ability to gather key audience, product, and user insights, then apply strategic planning skills to create a long-term vision for the content we generate
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns against objectives, through reporting, optimization, and comparing with industry best practices to drive conversions down the funnel
  • Responsible for output (functional) of Brand + Creative team (of 4) including objectives, planning, and delivery whilst working hand in hand with Growth and PR teams to unify marketing activities across channels
  • Act as our brand + creative voice and champion for the business internally to prove the value of top-notch content

What you’ll need

  • At least 8-10 years’ experience in digital marketing, strategic, and content focussed roles
  • A creative brain, with an analytical and data-driven approach
  • Start-up or Fintech experience in a digital finance brand or product
  • An excellent eye for detail and have a dogged determination for getting results
  • Expertise in leading strategies, campaigns, and budgets with impressive results to prove it
  • Strong brand and content partnership experience
  • Excellent SEO and digital knowledge
