Our Operations team
We are expanding our platform into an exciting new direction and we are looking for a Supplier Quality Manager to drive the operational activities and manage the service management activities for our new payment proposition. Being part of a dynamic and really diverse team, you will be in direct contact with all areas of Yolt, delivering the very best customer experience to our users. You will report to our COO and collaborate a lot with the Product Owners of our User Engagement and Pay team.
What you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for the success of our supplier relationships. Your work ranges from being the first point of contact, to escalation and service level management for existing Yolt Partners: including analyses on performance. When integrating new partners, you will provide the support needed by collaborating with the Product & Development team, who will be one of your important internal stakeholders.
Your key internal stakeholders are the User Engagement, Finance, Compliance and Product & Development teams. Based on available data and reports you will define and escalate actions to the right team. The User Engagement Team is responsible for creating the best Pay experience for our users, if there are any complex cases which need troubleshooting, you as a liaison between our internal and external stakeholders, will play a pivotal role in aligning all parties into finding the best and most effective solutions for our users.
Making sure the relationship with all Yolt Pay Partners is appropriately managed, you will organise monthly stakeholder meetings. In preparation of these meetings, you will track SLA’s and align with our partners on where improvement is needed. In order to be effective and efficient, we expect you to be critical and set-up or improve on the operational processes.
Service Level Management
As an evolution, one of the projects within this role is to create and implement procedures and standards for excellent Service Level Management in Yolt overall by defying standards, procedures and bringing best practices to the team.
What you’ll need
· Bsc/ Msc in Business Administration, Product or similar
· 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role (ie. Service Level Manager, Customer Support Lead, Relationship Manager, etc.)
· Knowledge and expertise in supplier management
· Experience with payments solutions
· Fluent in English (other additional EU languages are highly valued)
· Analytically strong, diligent and passionate for investigation
· An entrepreneurial mindset combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Sticks to agreements and keeps to the letter of the law (incl. internal policies and regulations)
· Consistency in your approach but also flexibility to adapt where needed based on data
