Our app

Yolt is the multi award-winning app that makes managing money, easy. At the forefront of innovation enabled by PSD2 and powered by open banking technology, our smart thinking money app gives users a clear overview of their connected bank accounts, credit cards and spending together in one place. After launching in the UK June 2017, then France and Italy in we quickly reached 1,5 million registered users; giving them all the tools to spend smart, save smart and reach their goals.

Our Growth team

You’ll be part of the Growth team, which drives monthly active usage of Yolt via acquiring, activating, engaging and retaining users. You’ll be the point person for our paid acquisition efforts, working closely with the Growth Designer to deliver highly effective campaigns.

What you’ll be doing

You will be managing and optimising our performance media channels on a day to day basis. These currently cover app install campaigns on the likes of Facebook and Google, as well as PPC. However, we are constantly looking to diversify our approach, so investigating new channels and approaches is very much part of the role. Recent app install and mobile marketing experience is definitely preferred (though you’ll also have an appreciation and understanding of the wider marketing mix).

Creative is a key lever in driving performance, so you will be working closely with creatives and copywriters to plan and conceptualise the ads we run. You will also be the crucial link in feeding performance data back to the team for use in concepting new work, so you must be adept at translating data into digestible, usable insights. We also want you to hit the ground running, bringing your own experience and initiative to inform ideas for testing.

Whilst you will be focused on making sure we hit our targets via efficient and effective performance marketing, you will also be constantly looking for new ways to drive growth, whether that be working hand in hand with our partners at Google and Facebook in testing beta features or products, or exploring new channels.

What you’ll need

  • 3-5 years of experience with working in a performance marketing environment, with hands-on experience of optimising campaigns on the likes of Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.
  • You will be comfortable working towards targets, optimising for various metrics (CPIs, CPAs, ROI, etc.)
  • Recent app install and mobile marketing experience preferred (though you’ll also have an appreciation and understanding of the wider marketing mix)
  • You’ll be numerate and comfortable with data analysis, but more importantly you’ll be adept at pulling out insights from the data and acting upon them
  • Experience of SEO, ASO and Affiliates a definite advantage, but not essential. More important is a desire to want to learn more about different areas
  • You’ll be familiar with web and mobile tracking technologies
  • You’ll be used to juggling different projects and priorities, and be able to manage your own time effectively
