Our app

Yolt is the multi award-winning app that makes managing money, easy. At the forefront of innovation enabled by PSD2 and powered by open banking technology, our smart thinking money app gives users a clear overview of their connected bank accounts, credit cards and spending together in one place. After launching in the UK June 2017, then France and Italy in 2018 we quickly reached 1 million registered users; giving them all the tools to spend smart, save smart and reach their goals.

What we’re looking for:

We’re after enthusiastic, driven individuals who want to want to contribute to our journey and grow with us along the way. Can you hit the ground running? Do you have the drive to go faster? Fintech is fast-paced, but we always remember to switch off too.

Our ideal candidate is able to easily separate main- and peripheral issues, can transform the meeting outcomes into clear language, has a great eye for detail and is acting in a discrete way. As the Yolt Executive Team management assistant & secretary you are the guardian of the essential governance meetings. You act on behalf of the Yolt Executive Team (6 members) in maintaining the planning for a set of essential meetings, preparing agenda’s and being the secretary in those meetings. You are the key facilitator for the Yolt Executive Team and their effectiveness in terms of preparation and making sure the notes and memos are done in an efficient way with the desired quality.

An important element in the job is to continuously spot and implement improvements in the preparation, templates and handling of information in the meetings. The role is mainly, but not limited to, an internal governance role but can be extended to preparation of outside events for the Yolt Executive Team.

Ideally this is a second or third step in your career, where you have gained the experience of dealing with senior stakeholders before and have proven experience in the ability to digest and transform meeting outcomes into clear memos. You will be a key chain in professionalising and improving efficiency on governance matters.

Due to the international character of Yolt some traveling might be needed (once a month).

You will report to the COO of the Yolt Group B.V.

What you'll need:

  • Experience in working with senior stakeholders for at least 1-2 years in your previous role
  • Fluent in business English in both written & verbal
  • Ability to digest meeting outcomes into clear language
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Understanding in the way company governance structures work
  • Eye for detail
  • Discrete mindset
  • Able to separate main- and peripheral issues
  • Available full time
  • Available to start immediately
