Can I get my balance transferred to my next of kin / spouse?
We won't be able to transfer out any funds to another account holder.
If you currently have an account balance in your Yolt Account, we'd advise you to transfer the funds to a UK bank account of your choice. To do so, please make sure that you:
1. Update the Yolt app to version 2.20 or above from the App Store
2. Next, please contact us at 0800 130 3060 and one of our agents will be able to help you with emptying the account and having the remaining balance transferred to another account.
