How do I remove my money from my Yolt account?

The fastest way to transfer your funds is through the app. Once you’ve logged in, simply head to the Wallet tab and follow the “Transfer” flow. You can also head to your nearest ATM where you’ll be able to withdraw your balance in cash (fees may apply, see your terms and conditions for more information).

If you don’t have access to the app or have encountered a bug, not to worry, you can drop us a line at hello@yolt.com or call our support line where a member of our team will instruct you on the steps to follow to have your balance transferred to another bank account you hold.

Please note, you may be asked to send us a copy of your bank statement so we can confirm where your remaining Yolt balance will be transferred to. The bank statement you share with us must be in your name, have your current address listed and be dated within 3 months. If you use photocopies of a paper statement, please ensure all 4 corners of the bank statement are visible.
