How do I update my personal details?

You’ll only be able to change your mobile number or email address via the app.

To update this information, head to the Wallet tab in the app and hit the Settings icon on the top-right corner. Tap on Your Profile and tap on the pencil icon next to the relevant fields. After changing this information, you’ll receive an automatic SMS text to let you know your details have been updated.

Please note: after changing your mobile number, you won't be able to transfer any money from your Yolt Account for 24-hours. This is a security measure we've put in place to prevent fraud. In the meantime, you can still use your Yolt card for your everyday payments.

Need to update your home address? Contact us via the app by heading to Settings page through Wallet > Contact Yolt.
