How do I top up my Yolt Account

To add money to your Yolt Account, just:

• Head to the Wallet tab
• Tap + Add money in the top-left of the screen
• Tap the Pencil and enter the amount you wish to transfer, then Next
• Select your preferred top-up option

How long it takes for the funds to show in your Yolt Account varies based on the top-up method you use. If you move money from a connected bank account, your top-up will be instant. If you select debit card, your funds should reach your Yolt Account within 30 minutes. You can also make a bank transfer from your online banking app (the transfer timeframe will depend on your bank).

I've topped up using my debit card and my Yolt balance hasn’t updated yet

If you've topped up using your debit card, your funds should be available in your Yolt Account instantly (but it can take up to 2 hours for your balance to be updated).
If it's been over 2 hours and your Yolt Account balance still hasn't updated, double check with your bank that the payment’s left your debit card. If it hasn't, it's possible the payment didn't go through – contact your bank and check with them.
If the payment has left your debit card and the transaction is shown in your bank account, please close and re-open Yolt, and check all incoming transaction in your Yolt Account.
