I can’t access the app but I have an account, how can I delete my account?

If you no longer have access to the app, please install it again and go through our account recovery flow by tapping on “I've already signed up”. Next, follow the on-screen instructions to recover your account.

Once you’ve done this, you can safely transfer all remaining funds out to another bank account you hold and delete your profile by heading to the Settings page
