I can't send money from Yolt Account to a connected account

There could be several reasons why you can’t make a transfer out of Yolt. Make sure that

  • There is enough money in your Yolt account to make the payment
  • The correct account is chosen to initiate your payment from (your Yolt account)

If you still can’t transfer your funds to one of your connected accounts, you can also select the option ‘Transfer to different account’ and enter the payee name, sort code and account number manually to complete the payment from your Yolt Account.
