I can't transfer money from Yolt to my connected accounts

There could be several reasons why you can’t make a transfer out of Yolt. Make sure that

• You’re selecting the correct account to initiate your payment from (your Yolt account)

• You have enough funds in your Yolt account

If you still can’t transfer your funds to one of your connected accounts, you can also

• Tap on ‘Transfer to different account’ rather than selecting a connected account from your list

• Manually enter the Payee Name, Sort code and Account number
