I have a card but have not activated it yet, what do I do with this?

If you have not activated your new card in-app then it cannot be used for any type of transaction. To safely dispose of it, first make sure to mark your Yolt Card as Lost, Stolen or Damaged from the Yolt app. To do so, just head to the Wallet tab > Settings cog > Card settings > Report card lost, stolen or damaged.

We'd recommend you safely destroy the card by cutting it through the chip with a pair of scissors.
