I used to have my Yolt account on iOS and now use an Android device, how can I recover my account?

Right now, only iOS devices support the Yolt version which includes the account and card. If you originally had a Yolt account with a card on your previous device and are now using an Android device, please email us at hello@yolt.com with your name, mobile number and the email address you have used to set up your Google Play account (the email address that’s linked to all the apps you install from the Google Play store). We’ll then give you access to the Beta version of Yolt on Android so you can transfer out your balance, export your GDPR data and finally delete your account.
