Is my money still safe during the closure period?

Yes. Security is, as always, our highest priority and all regulatory permissions and protections remain in place until the closure of the Yolt App. The Yolt App is, and will continue to be, regulated, and licensed via Yolt Technology Services Ltd (YTS) and the licenses YTS holds with the FCA, as well as the DNB. Yolt’s e-money license and Card is issued by PrePay Technologies Ltd (PPS) and their e-money license with the FCA. Both YTS and PPS will continue to operate after closure of the Yolt App and continue to support Yolt App until its closure.

We've outlined the easiest way to offboard from the app that ensures all remaining balances are transferred out to an alternative bank account of your choice. Your account and all associated data will be removed from our systems according to GDPR and our privacy policy. If you cannot transfer funds out yourself, you can drop us a line at hello@yolt.com and a member of our team will assist you. We will only move money once you have passed our security checks and have given us explicit consent to move your money.
