I've made a transfer from Yolt but the recipient hasn't received it

Depending the recipient’s bank, it can take a few hours to up to 1 working day for the recipient’s account balance to be updated. This is often the case if the receiving bank needs to perform any extra security checks on your transfer.

If you see a confirmed outgoing transaction from Yolt, please ask the recipient to check their pending transactions. If they still can't find the funds in their account after a few hours, the recipient can contact their bank to check if your transfer was received.

You'll be able to retrieve your Yolt account sort code and number from the Wallet tab > Yolt account > View details, should the recipient’s bank request these. You'll also find your transfer reference details in the Transactions tab > Tap on the transfer to view these details.
