I've topped up using my debit card and my Yolt balance hasn’t updated yet

If you've topped up using your debit card, your funds should be available in your Yolt Account instantly (but it can take up to 2 hours for your balance to be updated).

If it's been over 2 hours and your Yolt Account balance still hasn't updated, double check with your bank that the payment’s left your debit card. If it hasn't, it's possible the payment didn't go through – contact your bank and check with them.

If the payment has left your debit card and the transaction is shown in your bank account, please close and re-open Yolt, and check all incoming transaction in your Yolt Account.
