I've topped up from one of my accounts connected to Yolt but my balance hasn’t updated yet

If you've topped up from one of your connected bank accounts, your funds should be available in your Yolt Account instantly (but it can take up to 30 minutes for your balance to be updated).

If it's been over 30 minutes and your Yolt Account balance still hasn't updated, double check with your bank that the payment’s left your account. If it hasn't, it's possible the payment didn't go through – contact your bank and check with them.

If the payment has left your account and the transaction is shown in your bank account, please close and re-open Yolt, and check all incoming transaction in your Yolt Account.
