My Rewards balance hasn’t updated

There could be a few reasons why your balance hasn’t updated yet. Don’t forget, to earn cashback, you need to complete each offer through Yolt.
When you pick an offer, we’ll redirect you to the brand’s app (or website). Complete your purchase there so we can verify the payment.
If you access the retailer’s store manually, we won’t be able to track the purchase, and you won’t be able to claim the cashback offer.
It’s worth reading each merchant's T&Cs as there could be some cashback exclusions, too.
