I've been overcharged by Transport for London on my Yolt Card
When using your Yolt Card with Transport for London (TfL), transactions for each 'tap' will be grouped together and you'll be charged in one go for the day.
As such, you may not see the sum of your day's journey in Yolt until it's been 1-2 days. There could be a number of reasons for being over-charged, such as not tapping out or for an incomplete journey. We'd recommend you head to the TfL website and register your Yolt Card with TfL here, so that you can view a breakdown of your journey.
If you're certain you've been overcharged, you can ask TfL for a refund.
