A payment with my Yolt Card has failed
There could be a few reasons why your transaction was declined.
Firstly, check your Yolt Account’s transactions to make sure you haven't been charged already. If there’s a pending charge from the merchant but the purchase has failed on their side, please get in touch with the merchant for a refund.
If there's no charge in your Yolt Account, then your purchase has failed. If this has happened, check that:
• You have enough funds in your Yolt Account
• You're typing the correct card number, CVC and expiry date for online purchases. You can find these details in the app, under Card Settings
• You're entering the 3D Secure code (sent via SMS) correctly for online purchases
• Your PIN is correct. You can check this in the app, under Card Settings
