What happens if I’m overcharged or never receive my order?
If you think you’ve been overcharged or bought something you never received, you can raise a “chargeback” with Mastercard® to get your money back.
We recommend contacting the merchant first though, as it’s normally faster and easier to sort things with them directly.
If you’ve contacted the merchant already and haven’t been able to come to a solution, contact us on 0800 130 3060. Just so you know, Mastercard recommends this process can take up to 45 days.
