What should I do with my direct debits and recurring transactions?
Direct debits aren’t supported with the Yolt Account so we don’t suggest setting these up. If you have shared your account details with a provider who is charging you via Direct debit or have recurring payments set up, we advise you to change this directly with your provider to avoid any penalties for failed / late payments.
If you have already deleted your Yolt Account, it means your account is now closed and any pending debits or recurring payments you have set up will not be processed and subsequently fail. Please ensure you check your subscriptions directly with your merchant / provider.
