What is a Reward?

When you shop with one of our in-app partners, you'll earn a Reward (that's a percentage of your purchase you get back as a treat for shopping through Yolt).

Rewards come in two shapes:

1. On iOS, you'll earn Rewards as cashback, straight into your Yolt Account

2. Android user? You can exchange your Rewards balance for vouchers

Once your purchase is processed, it will be credited to you.

Remember, you'll be shopping directly with the merchant and they'll determine if you qualify for the Reward. Yolt accepts no liability or responsibility for Rewards that are not granted or delivered, are lost or delayed.

Yolt reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict Rewards at any time without notice.

How do I earn Rewards?

If you're on iOS:

1. Head to the Saving tab
2. Scroll to Earn Rewards
3. Select an offer

Android user?

1. Head to the Actions tab
2. Tap Earn Rewards
3. Select an offer

You'll be launched to the merchant's website, outside of Yolt. Once you've completed your purchase, the transaction will be processed and, once confirmed, you'll be credited the amount earned.

Don't forget, some items may not be eligible for Rewards. Check the Terms on each offer's details page.

Where do I find my Rewards balance?

On Android and want to see how much you've racked up in Rewards?

Head to the Actions tab, tap ‘Earn Rewards’ and you'll see your current balance at the top of your screen.

How do I exchange my Rewards?

On Android and ready to exchange your Rewards balance for a voucher?

Tap the Rewards balance card to see your transactions, earned Rewards and any pending balances. At the bottom of the screen, tap the 'Exchange Rewards' button and choose how much you want to exchange. Don't forget, you can only exchange Rewards for vouchers in increments of £5.

What are cashback vouchers?

On Android, you'll earn Rewards as cashback vouchers.

As soon as your available balance is £5 or more, you can exchange your Rewards for cashback vouchers (in increments of £5). Yolt reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict Rewards at any time without notice.

Eligibility for Rewards

  1. Rewards are available only to Yolt users who follow the dedicated link within the Yolt app. Rewards aren’t applicable if purchased via desktop
  2. Each brand has exclusions. Some items may be eligible for Rewards and some may not. For more information check the Brand Terms on the detail page
  3. Each Brand has different timelines in terms of when Rewards are granted. For more information check the Brand Terms on the detail page
  4. Rewards cannot be earned in conjunction with other coupons or offers
  5. Rewards will not be awarded if you return, exchange or cancel part of your order
  6. Rewards rates are subject to change
  7. Reward amounts are generally based on your final purchase amount and do not include taxes, shipping and the actual discount amount saved through coupons
  8. If you have not received your rewards, a "Missing Reward" case must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction to our customer support team at hello@yolt.com
